When
The reunion is scheduled for August 13-15, 2004.  Arrival time on Friday, August 13, is 4:00pm;  departure time on Sunday is 1:00pm.

Where
The reunion will be held at Tall Timber Ranch, near Lake Wenatchee. Tall Timber is a summer camp, much like Camp Field was. There are 14 cabins that range in capacity from 8 to 16 people. There are also 12 RV hook-ups plus some space to pitch tents. However, we are limited to 150 people spending the nights in cabins there; all others will need to make their own lodging arrangements but are welcome to join us during the day for all other activities. There is a dining hall where there will be five meals served: Friday dinner through Sunday brunch. The dining hall capacity is 200, so we can accommodate an additional 50 day visitors for meals -- all other day visitors will be required to make their own plans for meals.

Deadlines
We need to supply Tall Timber with a head count of how many people will be lodging there and how many people will be partaking of each meal by August 6. If you plan to stay the night at Tall Timber or join us for any of the meals, you must make the appropriate reservations by August 6. If you plan to eat dinner at Tall Timbers on the first evening (Friday, August 13), then you must make your reservations by July 30. To make a reservation, follows the reservation instructions -- do not directly contact either Tall Timber, Jerry Roth, or Pat Murphy. If you don't get registered by the deadline, you are still encouraged to come and join us for all the fun and activities; however you will be responsible for your own lodging and food.
